"The success of the individual groups is derived from a very unique culture that Geico has fostered amongst its employees. Employees are regularly recognized and their accomplishments and efforts are celebrated on a very regular basis. This celebration is just one of the many reasons why the groups amongst the different sections of the company work so well with each other and the entire company as a whole.
"I strongly believe that there is always room for improvement and I am always seeking for way to improve the way that I work as well as improve the skills that I posses in the workplace. I know that my communication skills could use improvement because I am regularly misunderstood and interpreted as arrogant when I am merely trying to help my group members become more versed and knowledgeable on a specific subject. My communication skills can most certainly be improved upon by analyzing my comments before I share them when afforded the opportunity as well as putting myself in my group members place and thinking about how I would interpret what they are saying. Perception is reality so one must choose his or her words carefully."
