From the Paper:

My initial inclination was to deliver a first class "tongue lashing" followed by swift termination of his employment. As I often do, I decided to mull my decision overnight. I opted for sensitivity training, probationary employment at the hands of a male Director of Human Resources, and close daily guidance by me on traditionally non "pink-collar" work. "Every religion emphasizes human improvement, love, respect for others, sharing other people's suffering" . Through my consideration for and guidance of the employee, he gained respect for my ethics and skills. He has since successfully worked within mixed gender and culturally mixed work teams."
