There are individuals like this all over the world, and nonprofit organisations must safeguard themselves against it as much as possible. Many think that it cannot happen to them, but it can, and does (Goehner, 1999). There are several steps that can be taken, however, to protect a nonprofit organization, and the below steps come from Goehner."
