The following paper will present a synopsis of the movie and the analysis of facts presented by Spurlock's documentary research about the unhealthy effects of eating fast food.
"During the course of one month Spurlock eats McDonalds essentially three times a day. He subsequently eats everything on the McDonald's menu at least once. Along with the factor of eating nothing but McDonald's he also quits exercising regularly. The purpose behind these actions is to give an accurate portrayal after one month of the average American, their possible deception by fast food restaurants, and their lifestyle drawbacks."
