"There have been made numerous forecasts as to the composition of the work-force during the year 2000, with researchers and practitioners indicating that minority and female workers will predominate other worker groups ... reports that:The survey companies are literally in the midst of a sea of change. The average survey company's work force is already just about one-half female. Minorities now compose up to 20% of the work force at just under 60% of the survey companies and more than 26% of employees at almost a quarter of the survey group."
