"Many people do not realize that stress management also plays an important role in time management. Once you are able to control your stress level than you will find that you have more time to spare. One method to control our stress level is to take advantage of your commute to work. If you take the train or ride the bus, it allows for the perfect time to read magazines, books or newspapers. If you drive, you can listen to audio books. Taking care of our most difficult tasks first thing in the morning before anything else gets in the way can also help with time and stress management. In the morning you are more likely to be alert and refreshed."
