One method to control our stress level is to take advantage of your commute to work. If you take the train or ride the bus, it allows for the perfect time to read magazines, books or newspapers. If you drive, you can listen to audio books. Taking care of our most difficult tasks first thing in the morning before anything else gets in the way can also help with time and stress management. In the morning you are more likely to be alert and refreshed."
