From the Paper:

"Utopian Socialism was a movement that sprang up during the 19th century in France and then England. It was the first of three socialist phases that sprang up at this time. The main goal of the socialists was to find a way to live in a perfect with one another, without private ownership of land and with all the different elements of society, including the class structure. Utopia itself is impossible perfection. The utopian Socialists were the first to recognize that society was no longer based on agriculture, but industry meaning that there had to be new social rules to help maintain a balance between the industrial leaders and the proletariat. The main leaders of this movement in France were Henri Conte de Saint Simon, Charles Fourier, and Louis blank, in England was Robert Owen."
