The chapter, entitled "Urban Sprawl in the Montreal Area - Policies and Trends" by Charbonneau, Hamel and Barcelo of the University of Montreal, gives us a comprehensive picture of what is going on in Montreal in recent times with regard to its city planning - or, more relevantly, the lack of urban planning."
