The Constitution has been adapted and even changed many times over the course of its existence to adhere to whatever problems have arisen through its interpretation by the bodies of law and power which give it effectiveness. These bodies that regulate the powers of the Constitution are actually direct results of the original powers of the document; however, the initial philosophy which its power develops out of have not needed to be altered, and thus it keeps its dominion over any external bodies of enforcement.
