What Syria did was to launch attacks, from the Golan Heights that are on the East of the border areas, on the Israeli farmers who had been engaged in cultivating their land in the demilitarized zones between Israel and Syria, and also on those Israeli boats, which were conducting their activities in the Sea of Galilee."
