The homeless problem is particularly acute in urban areas, whether due to the social services available, the opportunity for work, the opportunity for property crimes, or just that there is greater family support in rural areas to prevent homelessness. Certainly those who analyze the homeless situation (and politicians who use the homeless as a campaign issue) have different opinions about the causes and solutions for homelessness."
