From the Paper:
"The world is in the throes of a technology revolution. Communications through a variety of mediums and tools is directing how all business is done today. This is a thought that for many adults is frightening, for others an accepted reality met with little excitement. For children, however, it is stimulating. Exposed early on to an array of images and sounds through such hardware as computers, television, VCRs, and camcorders, to name a few, children are fearless and eager to learn and utilize what technology has to give them in ways that, if channeled, can lead to new education frontiers only now being understood and explored.
In response to this challenge, the purpose of this paper will be to present a proposal for a television studio within a public junior high school and a television production curriculum..."
