This five page paper looks closely at the organization of Sutter Health, a health care organization which has recently been given a lot of media attention. As the organization is attempting to change its image, both literally (via construction) and figuratively (via adaptations of ethics) Sutter Health has been newsworthy. The paper looks at their inconsistent image and communications in regards to their future hopes.

"Sutter Health is currently one of the largest hospital systems in Northern California, with a chain of twenty-seven hospitals currently in the organization. Currently, Sutter Health has been in the news for its capital improvements, both for building safety standards and efficiency goals as well as for concerns regarding its financing. As thus, the organization of Sutter Health is newsworthy for its expected dramatic changes over the next few years and for public concern over their current pricing and income. From a reading of recent articles regarding Sutter Health, it becomes clear that the organization is attempting to put a new spin upon their values and ethics. Portraying their new CEO, Pat Fry, as an instigator of positive change, they appear to be trying to make their image more positive to the community of Northern California."
