This is simply developing a sense of efficacy through one's own successes. Encountering many successes build a strong belief in one's own efficacy. Failures tend to undermine self-efficacy. However, those who always experience success easily will expect it all the time and will be discouraged by failure. Efficacy is more resilient if one learns how to succeed despite obstacles to success, through persevering."
