"Politics: Understanding and Defining President Bush's World Health Policy with South Africa This study will analyze the prevailing issues that surround the AIDS epidemic in South Africa, and President Bush's policy approach to this world health problem. The problem of AIDS in Africa is a rising issue in world politics, and the Bush Administration will allow South Africa as a "focus country" in delegating resources and help for other suffering African countries. In essence, President Bush is making South Africa a primary focus for providing health solutions and financial resources to the AIDS epidemic on the African Continent. The central issue of the Bush administration is to select a few important and influential countries in Africa, which provide a basis for health and economically based agendas to help solve the AID epidemic in Africa."
