South Africa is a land of extensive mineral wealth--in fact, it is the world's leading producer of such as gold and diamonds--the very symbols of wealth. It is home to some of the world's oldest fossils, and is home to a wide range of agricultural crops, and exports goods as well. South Africa also has a wide supply of coal and uranium for energy.
