The literature reveals that the phenomenon of sexual harassment has been occurring within the work-place for decades (Archibold, 1992; Miller & Form, 1980). Not only have women been subjected to this type of treatment, but their male counterparts have also to a lesser degree been the victims of sexual harassment. The reason for this exploration of sexual harassment within the work-place is to determine whether female workers are victims more frequently than their male counterparts.
