Sexual Harassment Termination

Paper Summary:

In this paper the author discusses the issues at hand when an employee is dismissed from his workplace due to sexual harassment whether it be fair or unfair. A company has lawyers on a retainer, some of whom specialize in fighting employee termination suits. The paper concludes with recommendations of what can be done for fairer treatment.
