This paper then discusses how Brams mentions that the degree to which the affordability of technology solutions has increased corresponds to the decrease in the degree of actual differences between competitive products. Nowhere is this trend more apparent than in new and emerging online businesses and online gaming services where the business model is based on a technology backbone that is readily available to all competitors.
