Recruiters
An overview of the impact the recruiters have on a business.
675 words (approx. 2.7 pages) | 1 source | MLA | 2005 United States

Paper Summary:

This paper addresses these issues: Describe the impact that recruiters have on the organization. Would you use full time recruiters or would this be an additional responsibility for people with other primary work? Why? How would you prepare one to be a recruiter for your organization?

From the Paper:

"Henry Ford demonstrated that specialization leads to greater efficiency. Therefore it makes sense that people who specialize in recruiting applicants for a company would become more proficient over time than someone from the human resources department that was a part-time recruiter. A recruiter is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to their employer. Recruiters provide their employer with high quality candidates while guiding hiring managers as well as candidates through the selection process..."
