With such longtime factors as poor nutrition and tobacco use with current trends such as high stress and lack of exercise/sedentary habits, cardiovascular health in this country is a major concern, with strokes leading the way among the maladies and ailments that one might experience. As well, other types of brain injury that might cause many of the same injuries and debilitation as strokes are quite common.
