Paper Summary:

There exists today a growing need for newer and more efficient software for businesses, which is also cost-efficient. The author seeks to prove that prototyping is the best approach toward growth and problem solutions.
Software Process Simulation and Modeling
Simulation and Modeling Software Development Processes
Knowledge-Based Simulation Software Processes
The Persistence Storage Simulation
Rapid Prototyping Environment For Concurrent Development

From the Paper:

"The prototype in the software process is one of the more common means of development, updating, modeling and simulations throughout business and industry today. With the worldwide rapidly growing appetite for newer and more efficient software and rapidly changing hardware and operating systems prototyping of software also become the least expensive, more accurate and cost efficient manner in which to attack the problems of growth. Moreover, this tried and true method of software production is based itself in technologies from the 1980s. Although all new software manufactured must meet the new ISO - 9000 Standards, prototyping remains the best approach toward problem solutions."
