"The primary data sets used by the team developing the new case management system called Case+ begin with the analysis of the needs for the system and includes the hardware and software needed and, the personnel required, and the time involved for implementation and training. The cost of the software has been determined at $450,000 and includes the cost of the software itself, the cost of configuration, and the cost for converting existing data into the software database. The figure also includes training for two people as well as on-site resources for the two days it will take to install the system and bring it online. Next, it is known that there will be 12 users and that these people need to be trained to operate this system."
