"As stated previously in the first project regarding the benefits of Employee-Wellness Programs, we know there are several benefits, which can result from their successful implementation. However what has been a hurdle for many companies is just that, the successful implementation. They often begin with great success and excitement, only to eventually loose employee interest and therefore lessen or eliminate results. In addition to this the company will essentially loose the amount it has invested as it attempts to improve employee mental and physical health while lowering healthcare costs. I. Specific Tasks & Milestones: In order for a successful introduction of such a program, a high level of employee commitment must be attained. However for Pro-Fit to gain this commitment they must be prepared to customize programs within the company which will depend on the employee and their lifestyle.
