"The company is a leader in mining and production as it has developed and also used many technologies for low cost mining. The company is also careful about the health of its employees and has recently set up an Environment Management System for its Pocatello plant for managing the environmental health and safety requirements into the planning of work and operational processes. The aim is protection of the workers. Thus it is clear that the organization requires at that plant for the required increase in production. The number of workers required can also be estimated from the production quantity that is to be achieved which has been mentioned. This would be around 5% of the existing workers involved in mining now as the increase in production required is about 5%."
