The purpose of this paper is to describe the implementation of three distinct organization interventions within the field of business technology. Each intervention is organized under my the author's management and is directed specifically towards the creation and refinement of a proposed e-commerce website meant to market and sell our products through the Internet. Beyond simply describing these three intervention proposals, this paper also addresses which consultation models will be most appropriate - both from the project standpoint as well as from my own leadership style - for each of the intervention situations. The consultation models include expert, pair-of-hands, and collaborative. Following that description, the paper then evaluates each of the interventions from the perspective of my own role as manager, assessing which would be most applicable given specific managerial skill sets.
