"In developing nations, many people do not have the advantages of the western world, including food, clean water, adequate shelter, and namely, health care. They are dying of diseases like Malaria, that can be easily treated and that most people in developed countries are vaccinated against. Prescription drug companies are not manufacturing the drugs that people in the developing nations need because there is no one able and willing to buy them.
