From the Paper:

"Though it had only been a few years, I believe I had moved from the stage of being an entrepreneurial organization that was non-bureaucratic in nature to an organization of collectivity, which was pre-bureaucratic.. Initially, though I shared management responsibilities with my sister, I was still the leader and owner and my company was still a one-man show, for the most part. I was initially the provider of the structure and control system, and my focus was on "just surviving" in the business world. My website, although attractive, was still in its baby stages."
