This paper will discuss the extent to which personality variables play a part in a person's occupational choice and occupational membership is an issue that has received much attention by vocational and occupational psychologists and will be related here. The lack of study on neuroticism plays a factor in these elements, but does not seem to be analyzed enough in the field.
