"My upbringing has been such that work ethic has been ingrained in me. I have worked since I was 16, and even now have a job while studying, although I don't need to work but I feel that it helps me in achieving my ultimate goal of becoming an entrepreneur, for this I have always worked with small family run businesses and I have been working with one for the past 4 years. Compared to large chain stores or other corporations I think this job has given me an insight into many things, which would not have been accessible, and I would not have been able to experience first hand, this hands-on experience is different because the owners put me in different areas of work every few days, so at this point I virtually feel that I can run it my self even now."
