By making a organizational decision to utilize Extra-role management to 'enact' environments, one can realize far more effective productivity within a organizational management milieu. In-role activities seek present a decentralized view of how employees should be managed, which is a system that relies has organizations reacting to their environments. In this way, authority is displaced, and the company takes a collective view on how the employees are treated, and why they respond to leadership better in this manner."
