"In the well-managed organization of 2010, all of the various the quality of output is expected to be high because all of the various factors that can affect output quality will be more firmly established. As noted by Rothwell (1996), this means that the organization will have a fair system of rewards and promotion, a supportive human resource development system, and an effective system of organizational communication (both vertical and horizontal). Further, management will be committed to the team concept and human relations personnel will help to select team members, making sure that they have compatible skills, competencies and attitudes."
