With the advent of greater technology the nursing community requires an immediate infusion of interest with respect to the training and education nurses receive in order to meet the challenges of the new healthcare millennium. In addition to the implementation of proactive marketing and the implementation of early awareness programming the medical profession in general must step forward to ensure that quality patient care is not sacrificed through a lack of nurses, improper training and education, oppression, and a lack of interest."
