Nursing Profession in Australia

This paper provides an informative research on medical dominance over the profession of nursing in Australia. It presents information from articles and research on medical dominance in nursing, as well as the advantages and disadvantages it brings. In contrast, the challenges brought by nursing to medical dominance are also discussed in this paper. In the term "medical dominance", "medical", in this paper, particularly refers to doctors.
