The paper discusses the benefits that the writer feels s/he gained in attending this course and describes some of the areas that the writer learnt and grew from. "Evaluation: Critical Reflection Analysis Nurses have the ethical obligation to achieve their highest potential or to be the best they can be. I feel that this course enables students to attain that goal. My own thinking has evolved, especially in the four areas of autonomy, justice, caring, and fidelity. I began with the most rudimentary knowledge and have been able to do critical analysis of ethical concepts and principles. As a result, my practice has become more meaningful and I am able to engage in reflective practice. Autonomy I have discovered that, apart from caring, the whole of nursing is based on respect for autonomy. "
