This paper discusses neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), the conceptual application of information in a manner that increases a desirable outcome within the individual. Practitioners of NLP identify the process as one in which the brain's neurological pathways can be restructured in order to achieve purposeful, positive results and/or mitigate or eliminate the presence of undesirable or otherwise unwanted results created through neurological stimuli.
