"From being able to interpret human behaviors and physical structures through cloning and similar processes, scientists expect to be able to ultimately discredit environment as the cause of the human condition. At the same time, psychologists and sociologists are hoping to prove once and for all that nothing is "set in stone" when it comes to a human's potential to change. If the biologists are proven right, some experts fear that many people might take on defeatist attitudes that stifle their motivations to improve."
