This paper examines the lymphatic cancers, explaining that it is recognized as two separate diseases, namely Hodgkin's and Non-Hodgkin's Disease. The paper first describes how the lymphatic system works and then looks briefly at both the Hodgkin and Non-Hodgkin lymphomas. The paper also describes the staging of the diseases and concludes with a look at the outlook for those suffering from the illnesses.

From the Paper:

"The lymphatic system is a vast, complex network of nodes and related tissues that helps to protect and maintain the internal fluid environment of the body by producing, filtering and conveying lymph and by producing various blood cells. The lymphatic system also transports fats, proteins and other substances to the blood system and restores fluid that filters out of the blood capillaries into interstitial spaces during normal metabolism."
