These figures represent a population that is dealing with widespread AIDS and HIV related illnesses. As individuals seek treatment from New York hospitals, doctors and health care facilities, there is a growing number of people within the poorer communities that are not only stricken with AIDS, but a multitude of circumstances that surround the disease."
