"Throughout history, most any country, city, business, or team of any consequence, any group that is remembered or worth remembering, has had one main thing in common with the rest. That one thing is a strong leader or leaders. From the Roman Empire of Caesar to the America of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, from the Model T Fords pumped out by Henry Ford to the Apple and Pixar companies headed by Steve Jobs, from the armies manned by Napoleon as he looked to conquer the world to the Bulls and Lakers teams coached by Phil Jackson as he looked for just one more championship ring, each of these groups had a solid, confident leader at the helm.
