Question 1: The formal organizational structure at S&F Online appears to be a horizontal hierarchy in which the CEO is in the principle position of power and leadership duties are delegated down through project departments. There appears to be a strong emphasis on participative leadership among other project departments and the CEO. Communication between the Logistics Manager, the Marketing Manager, and the Project Manager all appears to be facilitated through open communications network."
