Karl Marx was one of the great geniuses of the 19th century, and his writings had an enormous influence on the world. His ideas contained much of value, and he helped people to see the world in new ways. However, many of his ideas were seriously flawed, and history has shown clearly that they were wrong. This discusses the ideas that the author believes were good and useful, as well as showing what Marx achieved in terms of influencing the world. I also discusses what the author believes were his mistakes.
