The paper takes into consideration the advantages and disadvantages of the present jury system, in a bid to perfect the disadvantages that jurors face within the current justice system.

"Both the prosecution and the defense attorney's are responsible for selecting the jurors. This process is known as voir dire examination. This process gives the attorneys an opportunity to find the jurors to be unbiased and free of preconceived notions of guilt or innocence. The jurors that are selected have the responsibility to listen to all of the statements, testimonies and look at all of the evidence and make a decision as to what they believe to be the truth."
