The writer observed him performing this job for an hour or so and asked questions as to the process, what it normally entails, some of the variations, and some of the perceived hazards that might be part of the job. From this, the following analysis was written and the risks assessed. This job involves standing at the flat grill, an expanse of hot metal on which hamburgers are placed in groups of up to 15 at a time in rows of five (which might vary in other stores, since the grills are not all the same size)."
