"One of the negative trade practices that international trade agreements are designed to deal with is dumping. According to Trebilcock and Howse, dumping occurs in its most typical form where foreign producers are selling goods into another country's market at prices below those which they would normally charge in their home market (Trebilcock and Howse 32). Dumping can usually be seen as a practice to harm domestic markets in another country.
