The philosophy of the "Integrated Transport White Paper" was that of an effective transport system based on integration, and it contained various suggestions to resolve a wide range of issues relating to the environment and congestion. This paper provides a discussion on the policy being implemented so far and presents a critical review of the integrated system that exists in the country.
