"An article in the International Journal of Instructional Media, also explains that many teachers are not taking advantage of the technology that has been made available to them. The article, entitled, "Degree of Internet/www Use and Barriers to Use among Secondary Social Studies Teachers" asserts that only a small percentage of a primary and secondary teachers have attempted to integrate Internet technology into their classrooms.
