These include the Division Home Health QM Program, Directors Committee, Continuing Care Leaders and Quality Service Leaders, Service Area and Local Agency. These controllers are responsible for the planning of the QA/PI activities into the current systems of organizations that are responsible for home health care delivery. They also are responsible for identifying changing indicators from the consumer perspectives and conducting audit of the agency involved in QA/PI to regular and accredit credible organizations who have maintain their standards according to the AHRQ. Similarly, they are involved in setting criteria for divisional directors of home care quality improvement programs."
