Nonetheless, this paper will provide an action plan based upon an HR Change Management Initiative - in this case, the introduction of a new intra-net system (mirroring the one successfully employed by Cisco) whereby employees can use the company's internal web site to browse for, and apply for, positions they feel better suit their individual talents. The following paper will briefly outline some key tasks (what will be done and how it will be done) as well as due dates for design and release. The paper will also examine the resources which will be used, the steps which will be undertaken to achieve a successful resolution and the possible challenges which might be faced. "
