This paper sheds light on some important issues related to employment of HIV infected people. With dramatic increase in HIV patients worldwide, several problems have surfaced regarding the rights of this group in the society and in workplace. Corporations are still uncertain how an HIV infected employee should be covered by medical insurance when pre-existing conditions can be a huge burden on a company's financial resources.
